Before you ask
- Do I need internet all the time?
- Yes. Canindé is an online system: register, kitchen and phone see the same sale at the same instant. There is no offline mode.
- Does it work with my thermal printer?
- If it is ESC/POS and connected to the computer, yes. You authorise it once from the browser itself — there is nothing to install.
- Does it issue tax invoices?
- It issues Brazilian NFC-e, with the DANFE, the QR code and the XML archived. Courtesy goods can go on the invoice as a giveaway, and delivery orders carry the marketplace and the delivery fee.
- Is there an app?
- Yes, for Android and iOS, to follow sales, kitchen and reports from the floor. Opening the register, closing it and cash drops stay on the computer, on purpose.
